Terms and refunds
These terms apply to AI training batches run by TrigunAI Innovations Private Limited, Patna, Bihar ("TrigunAI").
Registration and seats
- Registering on this site is free and does not book a seat.
- A seat is booked only when you pay the fee through the payment link we send after your call.
- Students must be 16 or older. Students under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent, and the parent or guardian should make the payment.
- Each batch has a fixed number of seats (30 on the student track, 20 on the working professional track). Seats go in the order fees are paid.

The fee covers live classes, lab sessions, class recordings, all lab computing (cloud GPU) costs, mock tests and a TrigunAI completion certificate. It does not cover the NVIDIA certification exam fee (US$125), which you pay directly to NVIDIA only if you choose to take the exam. You receive a GST invoice for every payment.
Refunds
- Before the batch starts: full refund of the fee you paid.
- In the first 2 weeks of the batch: refund for the weeks remaining (for example, leaving after week 1 refunds 6/7 of the fee).
- After 2 weeks: no refund, but you may move once, free, to the next batch.
- If TrigunAI cancels or postpones a batch: full refund, or a seat in the next batch if you prefer.
To ask for a refund, email deepak@trigunai.com or WhatsApp +91 91352 55107 with your registration number. We pay refunds to the original payment method within 10 working days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
What we promise, and what we do not
- We teach the 7-week plan shown on the site, with live classes, labs and project reviews.
- We do not promise a job, an internship, a salary or a pass in any exam. Results depend on your own work.
- TrigunAI is not an NVIDIA authorized training partner, and this course is not an NVIDIA course. NVIDIA, Nemotron and NCA-GENL are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation.
Conduct and attendance
- A completion certificate needs at least 75% attendance and a submitted final project.
- Projects you build are yours. Please do not share other students' work or class recordings outside the batch.
- We may remove a student for harassment or cheating, with a refund for the weeks remaining.
