Privacy policy
This policy covers the registration form and batch records at ai-training.trigunai.com. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.
Who we are
TrigunAI Innovations Private Limited, Patna, Bihar ("TrigunAI", "we"). We decide why and how your data is used for these batches.
What we collect, and why

If you enrol, we also keep payment and invoice details, attendance and project submissions, to run the batch, meet GST law and issue your certificate. We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, ID images, caste, income or photos at registration.
Children
The minimum age is 16. For students under 18 we collect a parent or guardian's name and mobile and their consent, and we call the parent or guardian to confirm before booking a seat. We do not send marketing to under-18 students or use their data for advertising or tracking. If a parent or guardian is not confirmed within 14 days, we delete the registration.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the batch, under contract: our cloud host (Microsoft Azure), our payment gateway (Razorpay) and our messaging provider (WhatsApp Business by Meta). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- If you register but do not enrol: deleted within 12 months of registration.
- Unconfirmed under-18 registrations: deleted after 14 days.
- If you enrol: invoice records for as long as tax law requires, and course records for certificate verification for 3 years.
- Security logs: at least 1 year, as the DPDP Rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct or update it, delete it, withdraw your consent or nominate someone to act for you. Withdrawing consent stops future use; it does not undo use already made, and we may then be unable to keep your seat. Quote your mobile number or registration number (TAI-xxxx).
WhatsApp updates about future batches are separate and optional. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.

Security
Data travels over HTTPS and is stored in an access-controlled database in Microsoft Azure. Only TrigunAI staff who run the batch can see it. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the version date above. For changes that affect how we use data you already gave us, we will ask you again.
